Andrea Wood

“Nancy is a skilled and attuned Trainer. While acting as a Consultant on “Foundations 1-Polyvagal Theory Training”, I noted that Nancy takes a collaborative approach to program design, and honors the pacing and needs of the group. Knowing when to make space for discussion, breakout rooms and breaks is key to delivering memorable content. Nancy’s enthusiastic facilitation style keeps participants interested, ensures that they are heard, and inspires deeper contemplation. Plus, she makes things fun and playful. I love working with Nancy, and would love to do so again!”

Nancy Rubbico, LMHC

Nancy Rubbico’s mission is to make Polyvagal Theory accessible to all through her work with the Bocas Method. Her goal is to uplift and transform lives by fostering a deep understanding of the nervous system and its impact on behavior. With this understanding, individuals can be empowered to communicate more effectively, increase awareness of their choices, create satisfying connections, access more curiosity and openness, and increase their sense of compassion to overcome difficult situations. Interactions will be more effective and enriching.
